One of IDEA’s special awards, the Sustainability category is awarded to the submission that demonstrates the most convincing and holistic address to the challenges of designing sustainably.

This year, IDEA introduced its inaugural Sustainability judge – Breathe director Bonnie Herring. A few months ago, ADR caught up with Herring to hear what she’ll be looking for from these shortlisted projects.
