Danish design brand HAY pops-up in Melbourne for a limited time only with a HAY Accessories Market at the northern end of the city, which will be open from 15 July – 15 September.

The HAY Accessories Market is a concept installation first launched at Milan Design Week in 2014. Since then, it has popped-up at HAY stores, major global design fairs and unique locations all over the world like MOMA in New York and the Glyptotek in Copenhagen.

Inspired by a supermarket, with aisles of shelving laden with selected merchandise, the HAY Accessories Market is curated and handpicked by Mette Hay and offers a wide selection of accessories from the HAY collection from lighting and textiles to stationary and glassware.

HAY was founded in Denmark in 2002 with the ambition to create contemporary design that springs from a good idea, innovative technology and quality materials in combination with joyful and straightforward aesthetics. Since then HAY has realised this vision in collaboration with some of the world’s most talented, curious and courageous designers, including Sebastian Wrong, the Bouroullecs, Scholten & Baijings and Stefan Diez.
