Introducing our new Working from Home video series

We reached out to our friends in the A&D community to give us a sneak peek into their workspaces in our new Working from Home video series.

From Sydney to Melbourne, Japan to Perth and further afield, architects and interior designers share frank and honest updates, along with tips, advice and messages of hope and solidarity to everyone in the industry.

In our first collection of videos, we hear from Alexander & CO. principal Jeremy Bull, The Stella Collective’s Hana Hakim, AB Concepts Ed Ng, Ink Interior Architects’ Dana Vuletic and Matthews+Scavalli’s Sally Matthews.

Bull shares how he’s juggling homeschooling, client meetings and the lack of a desk in NSW’s Pearl Beach. Ng shares his home office all the way from Japan and speaks about working across time zones and continents.

Hakim and Vuletic provide valuable tips for interior designers who might be dealing with delayed or paused residential and hospitality projects. And Matthews comes to us from her very organised Perth office with some tips on leading a team during this difficult time.

And finally, ADR editors Elisa Scarton and Tili Bensley-Nettheim stepped out of their comfort zones behind the camera to share advice on staying connected across Melbourne’s outer suburbs. Their secret? Microsoft Teams, endless cups of teas and a whole box of Roses chocolates!

Stayed tuned for more videos next week!
