-Young & growing award winning studio
-Demonstrate your dangerous design talent
-Mid-size studio with a big design impact

In recent years our client has become known as one of Melbourne’s leading emerging design practices, with a track record in delivering distinct and recognised design outcomes including crafted single residences, boutique multi-residential, cafes, bars and commercial fit-outs.

Their design methodology is dynamic, flexible and expansive, with a philosophy within their studio of creative and technical collaboration underpinning their growth and industry reputation.

Bloomfield Tremayne is working in partnership with this mid-sized design leader to strategically appoint a talented Architect with dangerous design talent and a delivery track record within the non-cookie-cutter-style-multi-residential and boutique-hotel sector.

The position welcomes individuals who will challenge contemporary design and voice their opinion to high-profile Directors. This position will suit somebody who’s currently working in a larger top-tier who wants to join a boutique emerging practice and eliminate layers of management between you and the Directors.

To be successful, you’ll be able to think outside the square in terms of delivering design & construction documentation solutions and will have prior experience in boutique dwellings & hospitality.

Working toward the end goal of “Design Leader” we see the ideal candidate as someone with an already emerging name with 7+ years of experience within reputable Australian or UK firms.

A competitive salary will be on offer and remuneration may be negotiated to reflect your contribution to the success of the team.

To express your interest in this position, please forward your resume and portfolio to Stephanie Gleeson of Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners at stephanie@btandp.com.au and quote Reference Number M15705.
