The Resolved: Journeys in Australian Design exhibition is presented by Object – Australian Design Centre in collaboration with Workshopped. It showcases designers from the past 12 annual Workshopped exhibitions.
The exhibition goes behind the scenes uncovering the design journey of 12 contemporary Australian designers from the inspiration stage to the final resolution. Each of these designers has a very unique success story that has placed them at the forefront of the Australian industry.
The stories focus on their designs, featuring a diverse range of interests that include collaborations, innovative use of materials, emerging and traditional technologies, craftsmanship and the way their designs have come to market.
Featured designers: Adam Cornish, Adam Goodrum, Alex Gilmour, Ben McCarthy, Bic Tieu, Chris Hardy, Fukutoshi, Gary Galego, Kate Stokes, Marc Harrison, Matt Conway and Zoë MacDonell.
The exhibition runs from 4 April to 22 June 2014.
