The Association of Consulting Architects Australia (ACA) has brought back its National Salary Survey for 2019 and is this year opening it up to non-ACA members to gather more valuable and meaningful results.

Independent and anonymous, the ACA National Salary Survey generates valuable data about remuneration and employment trends.

The survey acts as a resource for individual practices, and for the profession, and the results can provide valuable information to help inform key decisions such as setting staff salaries, preparing for staff reviews and staying relevant and competitive.

“Completing the ACA Salary Survey is a great way to contribute to the health of the profession,” says the ACA. “The findings are an important base for ACA advocacy and assist us in building significant longitudinal knowledge and bringing that knowledge to the industry and government.”
