The Lusso range adds further warmth and subtlety to the overall Vetérro® collection of premium fibre cement panels by HVG Facades.
With a distinctive matte texture and natural tonal variations, each Vetérro® panel is unique and shifts in character as it weathers, much like a fine wine. This evolving surface quality enhances the material’s warmth and authenticity, making it an ideal choice for community-focused spaces such as schools and hospitals, where durability and aesthetics are equally important.
Lusso, meaning ‘luxury’ in Italian, is a suitably refined and sophisticated addition that retains the outstanding mechanical properties and remarkable resilience of Vetérro®.
The surface of the Lusso range is distinguished by subtle colour variations and delicate, smooth lines. The earthy tones of HVG Facades’ stocked range evoke a sense of warmth, harmony and connection within the built environment, making them highly sought after by architects and designers for dependable and top-tier architectural projects.
Designed and engineered in Europe, Vetérro® reflects a tradition of craftsmanship and precision, combining aesthetic refinement with outstanding performance. Its composition draws from nature’s finest elements, offering a long-lasting cladding solution that architects and designers can confidently specify.
With exceptional durability, remarkable scratch resistance and minimal maintenance requirements, it is well suited for both new builds and renovations of all scales. Its versatility extends across a wide range of applications – from recladding tired façades to creating striking exterior finishes that enhance the overall architectural expression of a project.
Whether for aged care facilities, healthcare buildings, government offices, educational institutions, commercial projects or residential homes, Vetérro® delivers a timeless, contemporary aesthetic that is built to last and designed to impress.
Vetérro® fibre cement cladding has been tested to AS4284, ensuring it meets the weatherproofing compliance requirements of NCC 2022. Specifically, it fulfills the F3P1 Performance Requirement and F3V1 Verification Method in Volume One, as well as the H2P2 Performance Requirement and H2V1 Verification Method in Volume Two.
These tests are conducted by an independent facility certified by the National Association of Testing Authorities, commissioned by HVG Facades, guaranteeing impartiality and accuracy in performance assessment. The system is rigorously assessed using the express joint-fixing method and a flexible weatherproof membrane. It’s subjected to both cyclic and static water and wind pressures to ensure full compliance with the National Construction Code.
The test results demonstrated the exceptional resilience of Vetérro®, showing:
Vetérro® is engineered to withstand the test of time, even in harsh environmental conditions.
Beyond weather resistance, Vetérro® is classified as a deemed non-combustible material. Its non-combustible properties make it an ideal choice for both commercial and residential projects that require fire compliance without compromising on design.
Whether used for exterior façades or interior applications, Lusso – and the overall Vetérro® offering – ensure a seamless blend of beauty and practicality.
