Presenting the shortlist for ADR’s 30UNDER30 in 2025/2026

Share

Australian Design Review today unveils its 30UNDER30 shortlist for 2025/2026, recognising 66 emerging and outstanding interior designers, architects, product designers and innovators of the built world from across Australia.

Since its inception in 2022, Australian Design Review (ADR)’s 30UNDER30 program has provided life-changing career development opportunities, mentorship and recognition to A+D professionals aged 30 and under. The pinnacle of the program is an immersive high-performance leadership and creativity retreat, which brings together the 30UNDER30 cohort, their mentors and the program’s sponsors for three days at Potato Head in Bali.

The mentors for ADR’s 30UNDER30 program this time include acclaimed product designer Ross Gardam, COX Architecture director Brooke Lloyd, Cera Stribley’s co-founding and managing principal Chris Stribley, AJC Architects CEO Dua Green and BVN principal Sally Campbell.

Dedicated shortlist judges, Genton Studio principal Steven Toia and HDR design principals Alison Potter and Simon Fleet pored over the submissions to determine the shortlist announced today. Fleet says all entrants demonstrated quality, creativity and talent “without exception”.

“It was hugely inspiring – and at times somewhat intimidating – to witness such depth of emergent talent,” Fleet says. “I was particularly struck by the diversity of the entrants, a clear recognition that there are many pathways to success within our industry for those with the passion, drive and skill. I congratulate each and every entrant and feel confident that the future of our profession is in very safe hands.”
