Australian Furniture Industry Awards 2014

Share

The 2014 Australian Furniture Industry Awards (AFIA) were presented during the recently-concluded Australian International Furniture Exhibition in Melbourne’s Royal Exhibition Building. Formerly known as ‘AFOTYA’, the Awards represent the celebration of innovation, design and manufacturing in the Australian furniture industry.

AFIA not only celebrates excellence in Australian design and manufacturing, but also acknowledges the contribution of the supply chain wing in delivering quality furniture across the world. It offers an opportunity for all sectors of the furniture supply chain to engage and discuss collaborations that will benefit the entire industry.

This year’s programme also included the inaugural Australian Furniture Industry Master Award, which was presented to Ian Howard of Aristoc Industries.
