An experienced Registered Architect is just what our client needs!

Based in the inner south eastern suburbs, this small studio has a solid reputation for delivering well designed, contemporary, one-off residential homes in the range of $500K – $1.5M. As a result of this, their office is busy and they have a number of quality projects currently underway.

To help meet their clients’ demands, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the projects and will be supported by a dedicated AutoCAD Technician and Graduate Architect.

Ideally, you will be a Registered Architect with at least 5 years postgraduate experience working on similar, high-end, residential homes valued between $250K – $5M. It’s essential that you have client facing skills, design capabilities as well as AutoCAD or REVIT technical delivery knowledge.

Our client know what works best in their office and they’re only willing to consider experienced Architects who possess the relevant residential project experience too. Unfortunately experience with volume builders or involvement on medium density and apartment developments will not be suitable for this particular position.

Your ability to work confidently and autonomously within the Residential sector will be highly regarded.
