Located on the western side of Coogee Oval, the original Seniors Centre was a modest 1950s face-brick building. The new design by Melocco and Moore Architects seeks to open and connect the building to the oval and a landscaped area to the north.
Sitting within the landscape, the Myrtleford House by RAIDSTUDIO references the typology of the rural shed –particularly, the historic tobacco drying sheds of the region.
