Melbourne-based business Habitech Systems has partnered with Christchurch-based building company LiteGreen Projects to produce modular, earthquake-resilient, and sustainable homes for New Zealanders.
“We didn’t have to look far for inspiration. Located under the Harbour Bridge and filled with rich industrial heritage, the space we were asked to work with was truly a beautiful canvas,” says Barry Babikian of BJB Architects. BJB and Brenchley Architects recently completed a creative work hub on Sydney’s North Shore.
Imaginatively interpreting the school’s Franciscan history, m3architecture has designed Mount Alvernia College’s vibrant new La Verna Building, Anthony Building and La Foresta Garden.
