Inspired by the ‘Queenslander’ vernacular, the 52-metre tower is comprised cross-laminated timber and glue-laminated timber and will be built in the Brisbane Showgrounds development.
The facility won the Educational Architecture Jennifer Taylor Award at the 2016 Queensland Architecture Awards for architecture firm CWA.
