Frasers Property Australia has announced the appointment of Anita Hoskins to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Formerly CFO of Carnival Australia, part of Carnival Corporation & plc, one of the world’s largest leisure travel companies, Hoskins replaces Anthony Boyd in the role, who officially took over from Rod Fehring as Chief Executive Officer on 1 October 2020.

Hoskins has previously held high-profile leadership positions as Executive General Manager, Business Performance with Broadspectrum and Group General Manager, Financial Accounting & Statutory Reporting at Brookfield Multiplex.

She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, USA.

Hoskins says that after previously working in the property sector, and subsequently being part of the tourism industry, it has been interesting to experience the changes in what is important to Australian consumers.

“My experiences have highlighted to me the value of flexible and quality customer service systems that can respond quickly to changing customer needs,” Hoskins says.

“I’m excited to join a team with such obvious passion working on projects that offer a real blend of residential, commercial, retail, community and other uses in order to create forward-thinking places that meet the new
needs of customers,” she says.
