We are looking for a project architect with at least eight years’ experience; minimum three years’ in the local industry with the same employer.

Renato D’Ettorre Architects is a boutique architectural design studio focused on bespoke high-end residential architecture. This position will suit somebody with a real passion for quality architecture.

Our studio is located on the border of Darlinghurst and Paddington in a converted warehouse with a relaxed feel and plenty of natural light.

You will work on very high-end residential projects which will be a fantastic addition to any portfolio. You will have the support of highly experienced directors, ensuring your continuous growth and enabling your career progression within our team.

You will be responsible for project coordination over all stages from design through to delivery. You will have solid construction knowledge and excellent technical drafting skills, excellent communication skills, a hard-working attitude and immaculate presentation skills.

Registration or someone who is about to start the process is preferred. This will be a permanent role for the right person and salary will be in the range of $80k-$90k + super depending on experience levels and suitability for this role.

– Vectorworks CAD 2D (3D preferable),
– Sketch Up,
– Adobe Suite,
– high-end residential architecture experience,
– a solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing, and a working knowledge of relevant standards and codes,
