Opportunity
In this role you will be the lead designer and project co-ordinator on a variety of high end projects in the workplace, hospitality, retail and education sectors.
You will have the opportunity to work on innovative and creative projects and to develop your own design ideas through these projects.
Your work will be published in a variety of design, architecture and corporate media publications, both online and in print.
You will be leading a team of passionate and talented designers as well as participate in the leading of our mentoring and coaching programs.
You will be part of the senior management team responsible for the overall design direction, resourcing and profitability of the business.

Skills
The requirements for this role include:
– exceptional creative and technical skills
– a collaborative and communicative nature
– excellent people management skills (of both staff and clients)
– a degree in either architecture or interior design/architecture
