A cutting-edge boutique architectural visualisation studio based in Sydney has an exciting opening for a bright project coordinator to join their super cool studio.

THE ROLE
This dynamic role will have you collecting required information to successfully complete projects on time and on budget. This is a pivotal role in the studio as it ensures the accurate schedule forecasting. You will be working with the head of project management and the production manager in assisting with the timely delivery of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with aspirations of becoming a project manager.

Your days will revolve around;
• Contacting clients to collect relevant architectural documentation,
• enter client information in the CRM and populate project pipeline and forecasting tools,
• managing workflow,
• communicate effectively to clients including architects, developers and agencies, and
• ensuring a constant flow of information and troubleshooting.

THE REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant degree in architecture or interior design,
• outstanding communication skills,
• organised and intelligent,
• ability to explain why a full package of architectural information is required, and
• ability to adjust project timelines.
