Renato D’Ettorre Architects is looking for an enthusiastic project architect with at least 8 years’ experience; minimum 3 years’ in the local industry with the same employer.

Renato D’Ettorre Architects is a well established, boutique architectural design based studio focused predominantly on bespoke high-end quality residential architecture. This position will suit somebody with a real passion for quality architecture.

Our studio is located on the border of Darlinghurst and Paddington with a relaxed feel and plenty of natural light. You will work on high-end residential projects, which will be a fantastic addition to any portfolio.

You will be responsible for project coordination over all stages, from design development through to delivery. You will have solid construction knowledge and excellent technical drafting skills. Excellent communication skills, a solid-working attitude and immaculate presentation skills.

This will be a permanent role for the right person and salary will be in the range of $85k-$100k inc Super, depending on experience levels and suitability for this role.

Registration or someone who is about to start the process is preferred.

– Sketch Up
– Adobe Suite
– Microsoft office
– a solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing, and a working knowledge of relevant standards and codes
– high-end residential architecture experience
