Documentation coordinator

Our team is global. We have discovered talent all over the world from Singapore, Thailand, India, UK and Australia. Our documentation coordinator will be fluent in AutoCad and Revit and will be responsible for coordinating our documentation teams and also documenting in-house from time to time. Global and local experience is desirable as we all know different countries have different systems. Our ideal candidate will be patient and hard working with a keen eye for detail. Every drawing coming into the office from our wider team needs to be checked for technical accuracy, viability and proportion and every drawing package leaving the office will be checked by you to ensure our high standards are met. If you love working within a team and are willing to teach as well as learn, and if you see the documentation and coordination of the project as the most important part of the process, this is the position for you.

Our ideal new team members must: be hungry to learn and develop their skills and experience while also being keen to pass on their knowledge to others; be driven by curiosity; have an eye for detail; and enjoy taking on responsibility.

Being excited by change is important. You’ll be working on diverse projects across the hospitality, residential and aged care sectors and we are on the hunt for people who want to be part of a design team who will re-invent and question what is currently deemed ‘on-trend’.

Our projects take us across the globe from time to time so a thirst for discovering new culture, writing fresh concepts and telling our story through design is something our team members must be passionate about.

We’re a small team with big projects where opinions count – if you like sharing your two cents and want to be part of something new and exciting, you’ll fit in well.

If this sounds like a good fit for you or someone you know, please get in touch with Hayley at hayley@designbyqu.com.
