Industrial and playful, this inner-Melbourne warehouse conversion champions creativity on a tight budget. Embracing the building’s OSB cladding, metallic surfaces and exposed beams, the design team introduced sculptural and decorative elements to capture the ethos of Golden Hour agency. Sustainability was integral, with recycled plastic-topped desks repurposing 36kg of discarded material.
