Heritage preservation, functionality and contemporary design were the driving considerations for Adrian William’s flagship office in Sydney. The design acknowledges its inner west location using colour and a modest materials palette, as presented within the repeated checkered patterning, while celebrating key architectural and decorative features of the original building.
