What to expect at the newly reimagined Chandon Homestead

From its beginnings as a humble 1880s farmhouse, the original homestead has been transformed into Chandon’s most exclusive space, combining heritage, creativity and understated luxury.

The Homestead has been thoughtfully transformed by Melanie Beynon Architecture & Design. It marks a new chapter in Chandon’s approach to hospitality, an elegant expression of terroir, storytelling and timeless design.

More than 20 local artists, makers and designers are represented through handcrafted lighting, ceramics, sculptural vessels and textiles, many of which draw inspiration from the surrounding landscape and Chandon’s sparkling wine legacy.

The thoughtful curation extends to every detail: rose-tinted mirrors that reference Chandon’s rosé, lighting that evokes the bubbles of champagne, and a palette grounded in the Yarra Valley’s earthy hues.

“Hosting with heart” was the guiding philosophy of the transformation, and it shows – the Homestead feels personal, lived-in and deeply connected to the land and community that surrounds it.
