About the program

Launching in 2022, ADR’s 30UNDER30 program celebrates and nurtures architects, designers and innovators of the built world aged 30 and under.

The inaugural 2022/2023 program selected a cohort of interior and product designers, while the 2023/2024 program pivoted its focus to architects and innovators of the built world, which included urban planners, architectural technicians, 3D visualisers, animators, storytellers and more.

Alternating each year, the 2024/2025 program returns its focus to interior and product designers for the second time. 

As with any year, the 2024/2025 program will see the final 30 cohort, mentors and sponsors travel to Bali for a life-changing high-performance leadership and creativity retreat, offering an immersive three days to explore what it takes to be truly innovative, brave and values-driven designers, making lifelong friends along the way.
