Terms & Conditions – CHANDON Team Day Competition

Prize Description

The prize includes an exclusive team day experience at CHANDON Yarra Valley for up to 12 people. The experience includes:

• Private full-day hire of the Homestead Boardroom
• Morning tea on arrival
• Three course lunch with 2 bottles of sparkling wine in the restaurant
• CHANDON Garden Spritz served on the Homestead patio OR a wine tasting for the group
• Return group transport from a Melbourne metropolitan location

Prize Value

The total prize value is AUD $4,980. This value is not redeemable for cash, credit, or product exchange.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of CHANDON or affiliated companies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Transport Conditions

Return transport is included for the group from a single pick-up and drop-off location within metropolitan Melbourne.
Requests for multiple pick-up points may be considered at CHANDON’s discretion but cannot be guaranteed.

Redemption and Booking

• The prize must be redeemed within one year of the winner being notified.
• Bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
• The experience must be taken as a single-day event and cannot be split across multiple dates.

Group Size

The prize is valid for a maximum of 12 guests. Additional guests cannot be accommodated.

Dietary Requirements

Dietary requirements and accessibility needs must be advised at the time of booking. CHANDON will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate.

Photography and Promotion

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow CHANDON to use photos or video taken during the experience for promotional purposes, with consent from attendees.

Cancellation

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, CHANDON reserves the right to substitute any part of the experience with an item of equal or greater value. Once booked, cancellations or date changes may not be possible.

Acceptance of Terms

Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Privacy and Communications

By entering the competition, entrants agree to provide CHANDON with their name and email address. This information will be handled in accordance with CHANDON’s Privacy Policy, available at chandon.com.au/privacy. Entrants will receive communications from CHANDON. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in marketing emails.

Additional Terms for Runner-Up Wine Club Prizes

Prize Description

Three runner-up winners will each receive a 12-month CHANDON Étoile Wine Club membership, consisting of three deliveries (one every four months) of six bottles of CHANDON’s premium sparkling wine, curated by our winemakers and delivered to a single nominated office or business address.

Prize Value

The total value of each wine club prize is AUD $1,080 (RRP), not redeemable for cash, credit, or product exchange.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries will be sent to a nominated business address within Australia. Deliveries to PO Boxes or parcel lockers are not permitted.
The recipient must be 18 years or older and may be required to show proof of age upon delivery.

Redemption and Fulfilment

Wine Club prizes will be activated following confirmation of the winner’s details and delivery address.
The first delivery will occur within 6 weeks of prize confirmation. The remaining two deliveries will follow at 4-month intervals.

Substitution

In the event a featured wine is unavailable, CHANDON reserves the right to substitute with a wine of equal or greater value.

Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the runner-up prize, winners agree to these additional Wine Club Terms and Conditions in addition to the general competition terms outlined above.
