Parks of the future: new green spaces for Carlton and Southbank

The City of Melbourne has released details of a plan for an $8.8 million redevelopment of University Square, including solar-powered charging stations, wi-fi and a biodiversity corridor. Proposals for major public open space in Southbank have also been released.
