The project comprises 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments split across a seven-level building on Smith Street and a five-level building on Little Smith Street, with both buildings separated by an expansive light well.
Improved way-finding and pedestrian flow has ensured that Collins Place is now equipped for the needs of both the office workers that reside in the buildings and the pedestrian traffic that frequents the thoroughfares.
