Looking for a table that can seamlessly provide more mobility, agility and range of motion, whenever and wherever you need? Herman Miller has got you covered with its newest table offering, Passport Work Table – designed to create an instant workspace for any place.
Personal tables offer the ability to transfigure any location into a functional and desirable workspace. With this in mind, the Passport Work Table by Herman Miller is an easy addition for users regardless of the task at hand.
And with the pandemic shifting how people work on a global scale, with spaces they work in now needing to work harder for them, the Passport Work Table pushes user flexibility even further all while keeping space prioritisation top of mind.
Herman Miller observed the need to reimagine the role of a height-adjustable table suitable for home, corporate and educational environments. Compact and mobile, Passport is the ideal furniture solution for modern-working demands.
Herman Miller president Ben Watson says while the future of work is a “trending topic in our current climate”, Herman Miller has always remained committed to creating effective furniture solutions to assist evolving needs.
“For Herman Miller, the convergence of work, life and play has always been central to how we design our products. Passport is the next addition to our portfolio that seeks to bring forth solutions that are agile, efficient and fit for a variety of environments.”
Make anywhere work for you
As a personal table, Passport features an untethered height-adjustable and lightweight design so you can make anywhere your perfect workspace. This means Passport doesn’t require a plug or access to power, which, when paired with its cleverly fitted single-column base and sleek construction, enables the user the freedom to move Passport to wherever it’s needed.
Whether it is your home office, living room, studio bedroom or office nook, Passport’s pneumatic lift moves with you. Intentionally compact in design, Passport is large enough for the essentials but small enough for tight spaces – further enhancing the table’s sense of ease and accessibility.
Comfort at any height
Passport’s simple, intuitive lever allows you to smoothly adjust your table for a range of heights. This brings to life Herman Miller’s commitment to providing flexibility between sitting and standing while ensuring comfort at any posture.
In the home, Passport is a powerful work surface with an expansive height range, offering an upgrade to customers outfitting multi-use or small home offices.
Balancing function with footprint, Passport in a workplace setting offers limitless potential. Whether serving as a quick place for touchdown work, providing a space that encourages movement throughout the day or even being pulled up for a small group discussion, its compact profile means it can fit into unique spaces for unique needs.
Available in two sizes, the small Passport Work Table has a 12-inch height-adjustment range with the large model fitted with an 18-inch range. The large Passport comes with a choice of casters or glides, with the smaller model available in glides only. Both sizes will be available at Herman Miller with finish and colour options varying by region.
Small footprint, big function
Passport is compact in design but large enough for the essentials while remaining necessarily discreet for tight spaces. Pick the size and surface space that suits you best to house your laptop, notebook, and of course, your favourite beverage.
Along with its clever and tactile nature, Passport is also introducing a new plywood edge to the program that is available in a broad colour palette.
You can also add the optional bag hook or privacy screen to take it up a notch – all without increasing its size. Knowing that colour is a powerful indicator of personality, Herman Miller has made the screen available in a variety of colours.
Neat, smart and easily personalised, the Passport Work Table can effortlessly make itself a home in your shared or private spaces.
