From 23 May to 9 June 2014, all eyes will be on Sydney as Vivid Sydney transforms the city into a stunning canvas of light, music and ideas. A melange of creativity and inspiration, Vivid Sydney will include the hugely popular immersive light installations and projections, performances from local and international musicians at Vivid LIVE at the Sydney Opera House and the Vivid Ideas Exchange featuring public talks and debates from leading global creative thinkers.

With over 200 events across the program, from industry conferences to keynote talks, networking sessions to hands-on workshops, Vivid Ideas brings together leaders across the 14 creative industries.

This year, Vivid LIVE has commissioned award-winning international artists 59 Productions to create a new projected artwork for the sails of the Sydney Opera House, Vivid LIVE’s most public event.

Running from 23 May – 1 June 2014, Vivid LIVE at Sydney Opera House is a celebration of ambitious popular music within the city’s annual Vivid Sydney festival of light, music and ideas.
