Our client is looking to grow their design presence and is seeking a senior interior designer to join their Melbourne based studio in a 2IC capacity.

A mid-sized architectural and interiors practice, this key position is located in their Melbourne studio, but they operate in multiple locations across Australia and Asia.

As the 2IC, you will be managing teams, mentoring juniors and designing or documenting/detailing – whatever is your greatest strength.
Reporting to the Director, your days will include driving activity within the studio and working across projects.

Revit is the preferred software. You will ideally have demonstrable experience in workplace or high-end retail sectors, though of greater importance is your attitude and initiative. On offer is a permanent, full-time role and an employer that values work-life balance.

Skills and experience

• Excellent Revit skills,
