Neil Hugh is a marketing consultancy with a uniquely antipodean perspective on the global design industry. Specialising in furniture, lighting, interior design and architecture, we harness our global design knowledge to create and nurture brands and businesses in a distinctly creative yet commercial manner.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Public Relations and Marketing professional seeking a project based contract position at our new home in the heart of Collingwood.

In this role you will develop and implement effective public relations and marketing strategies that assist in defining and reinforcing the careful positioning of our clients, both locally and internationally. You will work closely with our director and our clients alike, and share our passion for all things design.

We are a small and agile team with a necessary hands-on approach to achieving great things together. We believe in holistic marketing and brand management, with public relations being but one cog in the ever-turning wheel.

This position encompasses all the responsibilities you would expect for varied marketing role within a small team – strategic planning, copywriting, media liaison, reporting and client management. With flexible hours, this is currently a part-time contract position, with a view to growing in the long term.
