Woodman Architects is a young design firm located at Jones Bay Wharf, on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour’s Pyrmont. The team comprises of one main principal architect and fresh graduate talent, and is currently delivering a range of projects all over New South Wales. Despite a portfolio of mostly commercial projects, Woodman Architects are poised for further local growth with a wide range of exciting new projects in development.

To support and enhance our team’s service delivery to our upcoming and existing projects, we are seeking applications from an experienced Project Architect who is capable of delivering timely and high quality design. Contract documentation experience and effective leadership of project and consultant personnel will be needed. Competency in the use of Revit and knowledge of SketchUp is highly desirable. Experience at Project Architect level on commercial and mixed-use typologies will also benefit the role.

The successful candidate for this role will be:
– Currently eligible to reside and work in Australia on a permanent basis
– An experienced practitioner in NSW (registration not necessary) – about 5 years experience
– Skilled and experience with a range of softwares; and
– Knowledgeable in a range of relevant building codes, Authority requirements, and Australian standards.
