As a growing successful joinery company, Bondi Kitchens specialises in detailed high-end commercial and residential projects. A full-time vacancy is now available for an experienced Draftsperson/CAD programmer to join the growing team.

We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic, good sense of humour, who works well with little supervision and who enjoys working in a team environment to fit well within our young, thriving business.

Based in Marrickville, the role will predominately require you to produce conceptual and final production drawings using Cabinet Vision software.

Job Details:
• Will be required to produce shop drawings for client and architectural sign-off,
• create production drawings for the factory and install teams,
• prepare cutting lists and nest material on CNC machinery, and
• liaise with others in the design team alongside managers of other departments to help improve processes and raise ideas to increase efficiency.

To be considered, candidate must possess:
• You must have 2+ years CABINET VISION CAD software V8 or later experience (or similar software such as Microvellum etc),
• you must have at least 5 years – kitchen and joinery manufacturing experience,
• ability to read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings,
• ability to create detailed Cabinet Vision drawings ready for production,
• knowledge of kitchen hardware, mechanisms and materials,
• high attention to detail, enthusiasm and efficiency,
• good communication skills and work as part of a team,
• you will possess an eagerness to learn and initiative to work independently, and
• you will have the ability to multitask.

The salary offered will be proportionate to skills and ability. Superannuation inclusive.
