We are a small but established architectural studio with projects are primarily up-scale individual homes, renovations of the same, townhouses, and some retail/commercial projects. We design mainly in Sydney but also have a few projects in the NSW country and overseas.

Working in a converted warehouse building in the design hub of Sydney (Surry Hills and Redfern). Close to Central station, numerous cafes, shops etc.

Working closely with the director and project architect you will take projects from schematic design through to construction documentation. You will assist in Contract Administration whilst projects are in construction and be confident communicating with building sub-contractors.

We typically work concurrently on about 10 to 15 projects, and generally complete around 20 projects each year. The role is available immediately for an initial 3 month period, and you will be required to assist with documentation excellence on high spec/value residential projects.
