With continued success in winning projects that span design focused boutique, right through to large scale master planned projects and hotel towers, they have a need for a knowledgeable ArchiCAD documentor to join their team on a long-term contract or permanent basis. They see this role being appointed to either an architect or experienced technician with four-eight+ years’ experience, working on multi-residential or mixed-use developments that are mid-large in scale, however they are also willing to look at those with lesser experience (two+ years) with quality ArchiCAD backgrounds.

Your portfolio will need to demonstrate strong construction documentation skills however if you have design and presentation skills it will be easily accommodated. Excellent ArchiCAD knowledge capability is a key.

With around two years of projects committed ahead of them, this design studio has built an excellent reputation in the industry over the past 15 years and enjoys an excellent team feeling within the studio.
