In honour of World Architecture Day on 4 October, Roca reaffirmed its longstanding commitment to the architecture and design community through a series of dynamic events and exhibitions hosted at its Roca Galleries worldwide. Roca’s architectural legacy is built on innovation, with its products and collections consistently pushing the boundaries of design. Through initiatives such as the Roca One Day Design Challenge, participation in global design events, and its network of Roca Galleries, the brand continues to champion creativity and sustainable design solutions.

The Roca Galleries, designed by acclaimed international architects, have long been hubs for dialogue and exchange within the design community. With locations across the globe, including Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, London, Shanghai, Beijing, and São Paulo, these spaces embody Roca’s architectural ethos. From Carles Ferrater’s minimalist vision for the Barcelona Gallery to Zaha Hadid’s bold design for the London Gallery, each gallery reflects both Roca’s core values and the distinct character of its location.

Designed by Fernanda Marques and landscaped by Alex Hanazaki, the Roca São Paulo Gallery emphasises nature as the centrepiece of the space.

Expanding in Latin America

In 2023, Roca solidified its presence in Latin America with the opening of its São Paulo Gallery. Known for its role as a cultural and economic hub, São Paulo was the ideal location for this expansion. Designed by Brazilian architect Fernanda Marques, the gallery represents Roca’s commitment to the region’s vibrant design community.

One of the key inspirations for the Roca São Paulo Gallery was to integrate lush nature into the building, establishing it as a central element for fostering well-being and connection.
