Nomad is an interior alteration to a single level of an existing industrial building in Surry Hills, Sydney. The project involved the de-fit and replanning of the apartment. The structure was remediated and the apartment’s planning repositioned, completing an interior fitout including new finishes, services, lighting and furnishing.
