Catering to the demands of family life, Hue House favours elements that can sit warmly together across three levels, over one overpowering style. Employing a restrained palette of finishes – exposed concrete structure paired with ribbons of brass rod, American walnut and Portuguese limestone – the focus was on fine detail to achieve varied lived-in experiences in the once bland house.
Bringing Australia’s architecture and design community into focus since 2009.
