The 24/7 Latelab reimagines an underutilised campus building at Swinburne University as a vibrant, student-centred hub. Through adaptive reuse, it retains 85 percent of the structure, reducing embodied carbon while delivering flexible, light-filled spaces, landscaped terraces and inclusive environments that foster learning, connection, wellbeing and continuous campus activation.
Bringing Australia’s architecture and design community into focus since 2009.
