ONE and RISE at 101 Collins Street reimagined wellness within a commercial tower, transforming underutilised basement car parks into an immersive, design-led sanctuary that continues to inspire today. The project celebrated the building’s original language, refining it: ONE’s dark geometry resolved into RISE’s airy biophilic curves, suspended furniture, skylights and greenery.
