Respect for place and culture was embedded throughout BECA’s new Melbourne workplace. Meeting rooms were named in collaboration with the Woiworung people, while glazing inspired by local flora and fauna created a link to the Yarra River. Low-carbon materials, recycled plastics and disassembly-ready construction were used, supporting a healthier, biophilic environment.
