Having gutted the previously-dilapidated Melbourne site, Brahman Perera softened the interior materially, with carpet wraps around walls to create new planes and a tactile landscape. Dressing rooms were made a focal point with a large LED oculus highlighting a sculptural table by Steven John Clark, above an intricately laid travertine mosaic.
