The project, designed for a family of four, involved the restoration of the original heritage Melbourne home and a contemporary addition. The brief called for a calm, minimal and texturally-rich environment that respected the dwelling’s origins, while aligning with the clients’ desire for clean lines, natural light and strong indoor-outdoor connection.
