South Yarra House is a reinvention of a 1930s home, set on a steeply graded plot with minimal street presence. Studio Doherty transformed a previously over-renovated interior into a layered and expressive family retreat, using tone, texture and ornamentation to bring warmth and a cohesive, playful character to the home.
