This project transformed a disused heritage building and adjacent community centre into an interconnected civic precinct. Interiors were stripped and consolidated, allowing for strategic design of acoustics, fire services and facilities. Geothermal heating and cooling, prefabrication, recycled materials and passive ventilation all contribute to longevity and low environmental impact.
