Jewellery label Melanie Katsalidis has opened a dedicated retail store in the Melbourne CBD’s iconic Royal Arcade. The design involved the adaptive reuse of elements from the former space, including refinishing solid timber flooring and cabinetry. Natural materials feature  throughout — from nude toned fabrics to terrazzo — and custom concrete sculptures also function as display plinths.
