STH is an upscale eatery situated in Unley, Adelaide. The design references brasseries of Europe with an all-day dining feel: bright and airy in the morning and evolving, as time passes, into a dimly lit evening dinner and cocktails experience. This transition is achieved in part through layered and bespoke lighting.
