Design aficionados have been spoiled for choice this week with designEX exhibiting at its new location on Glebe Island and the annual Good Design Awards event held at White Bay on Wednesday evening.
While its creative green project will feature in the ‘Alpitecture meets Biennale – Topographic Structures’ exhibition at the Palazzo Bollani, its award‐winning solution for revitalising old buildings will feature in ‘Augmented Australia’ exhibition at the Australian Pavilion.
Italian shipyard CRN recently won the Judges Commendation Award for its M/Y Chopi Chopi 80m superyacht at the 2014 World Superyachts Awards.
The design competition aims to provide a platform for new and emerging designers to showcase their works and launch themselves into the industry.
