In partnership with CapitaLand, Sheldon’s internal teams transformed 1794 square metres on Level 5 of MQX4 into six speculative suites. Moving beyond a uniform solution, each suite was designed with its own identity through layered materiality, catering to a diverse range of potential tenants while remaining grounded in MQX4’s premium design language.
