Grappa celebrates the revival of a heritage Victorian Regency style building in Sydney’s The Rocks as an authentic Italian restaurant and bar. The design was conceived as a dialogue between place and provenance – inspired by the building’s unique historic fabric and a celebration of the client’s Italian heritage.
