This redesign of Alfred Health’s food and beverage precinct restructured the space into three interconnected zones, each with a unique function and feel. Deliberately veering from clinical aesthetics, Air Design Studio opted for a palette rich in timber, natural materials and soft earthy tones, offering calming contrast to the broader hospital environment.
